All healthcare workers who give deliver PGD services and vaccinations must, by law, be properly trained and competent.

If you plan to deliver PGD services and vaccinations, you should take part in ongoing training to keep your skills up to date. The exact training you need may depend on where you work and the type of services you want to provide.

It is therefore strongly advised that healthcare workers undergo a training and competency assessment each year to ensure they have the skills and experience needed to deliver any PGD or vaccination services.
