Patient app
Allow patients to request repeat prescriptions, book appointments, access pharmacy services and make payments through App&Tap. Pharmdel’s patient app offering also includes NHS Login and IM1 integration.
Digital PGDs and independent prescribing

PGDPro provides access to your purchased PGDs and their associated online training. Our partner platforms support electronic screening and patient management around PGD service delivery.
Downloadable PGDs and online training
A paper PGD is supplied as a downloadable PDF document for use in the pharmacy.
All of our PGDs are accompanied by service-specific online training modules that must be completed and passed before access to the PGD is granted. These modules supplement any mandatory training requirements.
Your username and password for PGDPro training and document access will be issued upon purchase.
Electronic PGD pathways
An electronic PGD pathway combines the PGD document with access to an electronic pre-screening system that supports service delivery and the requirements of the relevant PGD.
